Service Request

    Game System Services Repair Policy

    • Allow a minimum of (5) business days from the date of receipt for any parts and component service and repair.
    • Customer approval of GSS Estimate will be required before any work can be started.
    • Service work includes cleaning, calibration, testing and 90 day warranty from date of completion.
    • Repair work includes repair or replacement of any components necessary to restore to original working condition.
    • Customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges if incurred to return the item.
