Game System Services is a service-oriented business that has been involved in the gaming industry for the past 20 years. Based in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, GSS specializes in the remanufacturing, repair, service and sourcing of electronic gaming equipment parts and components. We work to provide our customers with the best possible solutions at the most cost-effective pricing. GSS has strived for years in becoming a primary source to satisfy our customers’ needs for any part, component or equipment repair. Our ability to handle the majority of our customers’ requests in-house allows us the flexibility to meet deadlines that most would be unable to consider.

GSS relies on our close network of manufacturers and suppliers so we can assist our customers with any of their potential gaming needs that may not currently be available in our inventory. We focus on being consistent with maintaining inventory of parts and components that includes most of the major equipment manufacturers equipment. If you having difficulty is locating a new part to restore equipment to its original working order, perhaps GSS can provide the necessary service or repair to restore the part to its original working order again. 

GSS Repair Policy:

1) Please allow a minimum of (5) business days for the completion of any repair or service work.

2) GSS technicians will work to diagnose the issue and the cost estimate for any repairs or service.

3) GSS must receive customer approval on all repair and service estimates prior to beginning any work.

4) GSS defines repair work as the necessary disassembly of a part or equipment with the purpose of replacement or repair of a part’s components to restore it to working order. GSS repair work receives 90 warranty.

5) GSS defines service work as the cleaning, calibration and testing of any parts or components to restore to working order. GSS service work receives a 90 warranty.

GSS Return Policy:

GSS stands behind all repairs and services that are provided to our customers. We provide a 90 day warranty on all parts, components and equipment that we repair. Our customers will not be charged any additional fees for any necessary warranty work. If you have any issues regarding warranty please submit the following information on our Contact Us Page or send us an email to sales@gamesystemservices.com. A GSS technician will contact you to help remedy the issue. Please provide the following information when requesting warranty work.

1) Provide us with GSS Serial # listed on the tag that was placed on the item when GSS initially performed the repair.

2) If the GSS Serial # Tag has been removed, GSS is unable to warranty that repair. We track and monitor every part that we repair or service. GSS Tags help with providing the previous repair or service history for that item.

3) Please include a brief statement regarding the issue you may be having with the part. Try to provide some details that can assist with identifying the problem.

4) Once GSS receives the part, our technicians will work to verify what is causing the issue. Customers can expect to receive an email with an explanation of the issue and how GSS will be intends to correct the issue. An estimated completion date will be provided to the customer can make arrangements on picking it up on that day.

5) Any part that is returned for warranty work and found to not be in the condition that was specified by the customer when submitting the return request will be charged a $75 Diagnostic Testing Fee to determine the issue. The Diagnostic Testing Fee will be applied towards the final invoice if the customer chooses to proceed with the needed repairs.

6) Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges related to any returns.
